Event Director: Miroslav Orálek – an experienced director of many events, e.g. Czech Short Distance Championship in 2005, B-ranking Morava event in 2008, Czech Moravian Highlands Spring Cup in 2003, several one-day-long Highlands ranking events. Referee licence: R3.  

Chief Referee: Tomáš Matras – the main organiser of traditional and highly successful holiday events Botas Highlands Cup. He has been appointed to the post of Chief Referee for a lot of Czech orienteering main ranking events. Also the chairman of Highlands Region Orienteering Organisation. Referee licence: R1. 

Course- setters:

a) qualification: Martin Klusáček – a course-setter of Highlands Region Middle Distance Championship (H21C) in 2006, American relay races in 2009 and 2010 (ex.: one circuit - class H21), middle distance race of Highlands ranking event in 2007 (in a terrain similar to the one of the upcoming Middle Distance Championship 2011 - H21C). Referee licence: R2.

b) final: Roman Věžník - a course-setter of Czech Short Distance Championship in 2005 (class HE), a short distance course of B-ranking Morava event in 2008 (class H21B), Czech Moravian Highlands Spring Cup in 2003 (tracks H21B - middle,  long). At other events he either performed as the Chief Referee or as the IT Centre Head. In 2009 he organised the Orienteering Referee Training R3. He is also an author of methodical on-line reference book on setting orienteering courses. Referee licence: R1.                          

Chief cartographer: Petr Přikryl – experience, precision, reliability, quality and outstanding knowledge of highland terrain – these are main assets of this cartographer.
